We have been working at the building market of Lithuania since 1996. Our company has been attested by the Ministry of Environment of the LR. We perform all kinds of construction works from laying of building foundations and internal engineering networks to execution of internal finishing works. “Rekosta” company deals with building of private dwelling houses and buildings for public purposes as well as frame constructions for various uses (for instance, shopping centers). The company also improves the territory’s environment, renovates old buildings insulating outside walls, replacing old roof covers with long-lasting modern ones, etc. We are intensively searching for new technologies, apply modern ones when performing works of renovation and restoration of buildings. We pay special attention to finishing works and building of public objects. We use light metalwork with insulation from the outside. Success of business of “Rekosta” company and strengthening of its positions at the market are secured by overfulfilment of our clients’ expectations. We are striving for this goal adhering to the principle as follows: the client’s opinion is the most significant priority. This is the principle all the company’s employees keep to.

At all stages of forming of the building we work in collaboration with both our customers and designers. We are keeping an eye on the technological development in the field of building and construction and choose the most rational engineering decisions among abundant alternatives. We thoughtfully choose subcontractors and involve them in realization of our quality policy. We cooperate only with those who keep to the same quality of work as we declare. At administrative meetings we regularly analyze our quality policy and allocate funds for putting it into practice. We evaluate results of our activities taking into consideration our clients’ attitudes and comparing our results with results of our competitors.

Organizing and performing construction works it is the construction manager who is at the head of the process. His activity is assured by engineering, technical and financial potential of the enterprise. The company’s leading employees have been certified by the Ministries of Environment and Culture of the LR and entitled to perform works of renovation and restoration of immovable culture values as well as general building works. The company employs about 80 people. All the works are performed by skilled workers under the direction of experienced work executors, who have passed validation examinations, and other employees performing engineering and technical works.

We guarantee high quality of works since we adhere to quality requirements and standards in force in Lithuania. Reorganization of works and company management as well as alteration of the order of supply with building materials in accordance with new requirements, let us perform the works at a lower price and in a shorter time, yet guaranteeing the high quality and culture of works.
